Join Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, Lisa Kawalec, and greet the winter season with intention. Each season brings with it lessons and themes that support us in shifting into increased peace of mind. In this session we will get curious about where we are now, and work with releasing old thought patterns and behaviors. Lisa teaches with the rhythm of Ingest, Digest, & Integrate.

Dress in comfortable layers. We will be removing our shoes in the studio – feel free to bring comfy socks or slippers. Blankets will be available as well. The studio event is a part of Shifting Alignment Through The Seasons, a four part workshop series on mindfulness and meditation.
