Karyn has been a PMA certified Pilates instructor for 16 years, and a practitioner for over 35. She attended The Articulate Eye Pilates Teacher Training Program in Rockville, MD., and is also Pink Ribbon Pilates certified. In addition to working with healthy clients ages 10-90, she has worked with many conditions, including Parkinson’s & Alzheimer's Diseases, Arthritis, Spinal Fusions, Post Polio Syndrome, Joint Hypermobility, Endometriosis, Amputation, Obesity, Athletic Injury, Neurological Injury, Chronic Pain, Prenatal & Postnatal, & Breast Cancer. Karyn’s clients have included professional dancers, musicians and athletes, as well as student dancers and athletes. Also a former professional dancer and history teacher, Karyn brings a keen eye for detail, creativity, and a passion for helping others live and feel better to her work.
