Amy began practicing Romana (classic style) Mat and reformer Pilates in in 2000 with Claire Bataille. She was certified in mat with Power Pilates in Evanston and served as a substitute instructor at the Pilates studios in Hubbard Street Dance.
In addition to Pilates, Amy is a certified yoga instructor who regularly engages in continuing education. Amy has owned and operated The Dance Gallery, Inc in Munster since 1991 where she has taught dance, Pilates mat and yoga.
A spirit of curiosity and humor is what Amy enjoys bringing to her classes.
