21-Day Challenge Daily Meditation

Consisting of 21 consecutive days of meditation., each day we will have a short talk followed by a guided meditation. The practice will slowly build. We will have plenty of time to work with the foundations of mindfulness while encouraging greater and greater self- awareness.



You will receive a centering thought and a journal prompt for each day. The centering thought can be something you come back to throughout your day to help deepen your practice.


The journal prompts are optional, but encouraged. These will help you deepen your understanding of yourself and how you are moving through the challenge.


The first session will be the longest. All others will be around 15 minutes. You will receive recorded audio for each day.
